A few weeks ago, I got the pleasure to attend the Evolution of Style Fashion Show in Saginaw, MI and it was an awesome show. I was invited by the show Director, Justin Cook. My apology I was supposed to post this last week but I been crazy busy. The show featured 12 Michigan up and coming designers. The show included two performances by Zook and Dj Est kept the crowd turnt up the entire show. Well known Event Promoter J-Neely, hosted the event. J-Neely is a silly dude, and kept the crowd going. The show was well choreographed and you could tell it was rehearsed. I got the chance to meet some the designers during rehearsals and backstage. All twelve of the designers showcased some great products. Some of my favorite brands were Money Ball Sportswear, Bright Minds Clothing, and Phreshman Clothing. The guys of Bright Minds Clothing had some nice pieces and some dope graphics. I was really feeling their logo with the burning candle and thought it was very different. They told me that Tommey Walker, founder of Detroit Vs Everybody Clothing was responsible for creating their logo. Phreshman Clothing had some sick garments displaying their American pride, zebra and cheetah prints. I really like “Olympic” t-shirt and hoodie, with America’s red, white, and blue colors throughout. Money Ball Sportswear also came with the heat as usual. I got a chance to talk with the Creative Director Ron Ferg, and our interview is coming soon. He was a cool guy and I am glad I got the chance to meet him. Money Ball had it all crewnecks, sweatpants, and their well-known t-shirts. I like how they are exploring the world of fashion, outside of their sportswear background. Also that new crewneck with the Moneyball logo in different color camoflauge is dope! Check out the pictures below and look out for part 2 including my interviews with Ron Ferg of Money Ball Sportswear and show Director, Justin Cook coming soon. Thank you for the invitation and I am always humbled by the experience.
